#GiftOfFreedom - Those Without Whom Independence Would Never Have Been Possible

Freedom, Sense of being Free. Facility and Ability to live the life without external forces intruding. Independence. Feeling and Pride of having country run by people of the country. Independence the freedom from rullers and semi-dictators who rules us decades ago.
We are lucky enough to be living in Independent Nation. Even if we try we cannot imagine the Pain and Struggle that People back then had to take for Free Nation For Us.
Today on 69th Independence Day of India, let us take moment and remeber those Great leaders and Fighters without whom Free India would not have been Possible.
- Mohandas karamchand Gandhi
Fondly known as Bapu. He dreamt for not just free but self reliant and self sufficeitn India. His life struggle and Journey was all about getting India Independence, Sense of Peace and Harmony.

Who can not feel gratitude for this young men? Many disagree with their way of fight for nation towards British rule. But had they not been there, had they not fought, had they not given life for us, would we have been free yet?

Man so passionate to get the Nation Freedom, that he was fondly known as "Azad" meaning The Free. He helped and worked with many other fighters, his death has been one that History can never forget. He decided to shot himself rather than being killed by the enemy soldiers.

Netaji of India. The man was willing to go to any length for nation to be declared free. He encouraged Youth with hsi saying, "Tum mujhe Khoon do, Main tumhe Azadi Dunga." When people of our country did not appear to be helpful, he did not hesitate to take help from other countries and nations as well.

Jhasi Ki Rani, as we all know her. One of the Pioneers and Great Fighter of Indian Rebellion of 1857. She is remembered as Female warrior who fought in war with such a fierce, she was said to be one who fought like men.
- Dr. Rajendra Prasad
Active part of the Independence Moment and Republican India’s First Ever President. He is known for taking an active role in helping the affected people during the 1914 floods that struck Bihar and Bengal.
- Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel
He was known as Iron Man Of India. His work has not been just for the Independence of the NAtion but also for Good Governance Post Independence.
- DR. Babasaheb Ambedkar
Man behind the Great Indian Constitution. This men has such long sight he drafted our Constitution and helped with Law System of Republican India.
- Sarojini Naidu
The Nightingale of India, Sarojini Naidu played great role leading the female birigade for Civil Disobedienc and Quit India movments.
- Bahadur Shah Zafar
Last of Mughal Empire, he played role in Indian rebellion of 1857. People had accepted him as Emperor of India. He was later exiled to Rangoon by Britishers.
- Vir Savarkar
Vinayak Savarkar known as Vir Savarkar has wrote a lot against British Empire and to invoke feelings of Nationalism and One Nation in people of our Country.
- Lokmanya Tilak
Born Bal Gangadhar Tilak but named Lok Manya Tilak for his Popularity and Acceptance among people. He was passionate to attain Freedom. His Famous saying in Marathi, "Swarajy Ha Majha Janma Sidhha Hakka Aahe, Aani Tou Me Milavanarach." meaning Swarajya[Self Rule] is my birthright, and I shall have it!
