Stitched in time
With words filled with love

A hope of a change
To feel love beyond its defined range
Like words carved with ink
Emotions like prose with a poetic tinge
Paper cuts all over he could feel
In the process of saving a human being
Trying until he could withstand
Or until a replacement could land
The air he breathed to survive
Filled with fragrance of her mistful smile
