Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi : The 1958 movie starring three brothers, Ashok Kumar, Kishore Kumar and Anoop Kumar. Brijmohan's [played by Ashok Kumar] hate towards female clan, Manmohan and Jagmohan's love stories with Renu and Sheela respectively, Murder and Conspiracy. This movie makes up for perfect watch. Padosan : Directed by Jyoti Swaroop, starring Sunil Sutt, Saira Banu, Kishore Kumar and Mehmood, this movie is based on Bengali story Pasher Bari. Humor in it's best form. Movie about a Shy Hero falling for neighbor and trying to impress her with singing, even though he cannot actually sing.

Bawarchi : Rajesh Khanna as cook who is actually a man who is out on mission to make broken families happy and content again. Crazy Family, Fights and Insecure and Scraed Jaya Bhaduri. This one makes it an awesome family watch.

Satte Pe Satta : Seven illiterate and ill mannered brothers, living in a farmhouse. When Eldest brother gets married, the female tried and civilize them. Though movie does take typical Bollywood murder and conspiracy plot, still it's First half and comedy has created magic which no one has beaten as of yet.

Bonus Point : The Song, Pyaar hume kis mod pe le aaya and Shakti Kapoor's Haye.

Gol Maal : Hrishikesh Mukherjee was an Ace director, you pick up any comedy by him and it will easily pass as classic comedy ever. But Gol Maal has this crazy effect on us. Traditionally rooted strict boss who respects men with Mustache, Ramprasad Sharma who in serious need of job, lies and pretends to be ideal employee. Forced Double roles, Love story and all the fun trying to hide lies. Utpal Dutt, Amol Palekar, Dina Pathak and Shubha khote's Perfect comic timing makes it super funny plus cuteness factor by Bindiya Goswami.

Chashmebadoor : Movie by Sai Paranjape, Featuring fondly known Middle Class couple Farooq Shaikh and Deepti Naval. This Romantic Comedy was about three friends, liking same girl. How other two plot against ongoing love story of couple is hilarious.

Bonus Point : Innocence of Farooq shaikh, Song Kali Ghodi Dwaar Khadi and Chamko Powder.

Angoor : Written and Directed by Gulzar, If you have not seen Angoor yet then you really do not know what comedy means. Exceptional Acting by cast, unconventional story-line which keeps audience glued with confusion and curiosity. It is based on Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors.

Bonus Point : Utpal Dutt's Cameo, Innocence of all Characters, and Ganeshilal's 11 baj gaye.

Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro : Movie much ahead of it's time. It is sad that people could not understand this movie at time when it was released. Kudos to Kundan Shah for directing movie with Dark Satire on Media, Corruption, Politics and Business. This movie is considered cult classic of Bollywood. Movies like this are made only once. Acting by Naseeruddin Shah, Ravi Baswani, Pankaj Kapoor, Om Puri, Neena Gupta and others is worth a clap.

Bonus Point : Dead Satish Shah and The Mahabharat Sequence where Draupadi Cheer-Haran was interuppted by Mughl-e-azam.

Andaz Apna apna : If you have seen this one then Aap Purush hi nahi, Maha purush hain maha purush. This one has potential to crack ypu in laughter in each and every frame. From Aamir, Salman, Raveena, Karishma, Paresh, Shakti entire team was in like one big college campus.

Bonus Point : Fact that many scenes were performed without scripts just improvised by actors themselves and Mehmood's Cameo

Hera pheri : One of the best movies made. Baburao Ganpat Rao Apte's marathi dialect, Shyam's job and money problem, Raju's shortcut ways to make money. Enters Kidnapping, A Gang, Innocent girl and many more twists in the tale.

Bonus Point : Asrani trying to set Tabu with Sunil Shetty and Climax scene, nothing can beat madness of this climax.

Munnabhai Series : Both Munna Bhai M.B.B.S and Lage Raho Munna Bhai were hit, Comedy served with sensitive issue. Rajkumari Hirani's direction, Sanjay-Arshad chemistry as Munna and Circuit and the whole lot of madness.

Bonus Point : Boman Irani as Strict Dr. Asthana and in Sequel as Lucky Singh. These movies gave gem to Bollywood in form of Boman.

Bonus Point : Innocence of characters and cute crying child whom when sanjay dutt asks what you need, replies 10 Crore.

3 Idiots : Another Hirani Hit. This movie was so successful people still use Meme based on this 2009 movie. Based on Chetan Bhagat novel Five Point Someone. Movie talks about how Engineering is killing the creativity and talent of students, many life lessons with comical touch. Aamir, Madhvan and Sharman shows phenomenal acting skills.

Bonus Point : Sharman's Black and White Era wala House, Epic bike ride, Boman Irani's intro and Charur for everything he did.

Special Mention - Bheja Fry : Most Indians assumed Vinay Pathak to be just side kick, but here with this he did what he does best, Make people laugh. The way he annoys and irritates Rajat Kapoor is awesome.
